Payments to Liden Academy
Liden Academy’s secure online payment system is managed by MyChildAtSchool (MCAS), part of the schools Bromcom system. Click on the MCAS logo below to enter the website. Alternatively, you can download the MCAS app from your app library; it is depicted as follows:
When you first join Liden Academy, you will be emailed a password which you should enter onto MCAS along with your email address. This will log you into the MCAS system. If you do not receive the email, please contact the school office
Please note that the iOS browser “Safari” may not be able to access MCAS; if you experience problems, please try using Google Chrome.

Bookings of Dinners and/or Breakfast Club
Please note that the cut-off for booking of dinners and/or breakfast club is the Wednesday before the week you require the booking. You will need to have booked by midnight in order to make bookings for the following week. Once the cut-off has passed, the dates for the following week’s bookings will be locked and you will no longer be able to book. You are also able to cancel any bookings made that are no longer required, up and until the cut-off. Please advise the school office as soon as possible if a booking is no longer required and you have been unable to cancel it yourself online.
Clubs/Trips/Adhoc purchases
These are also available on MCAS. You will be notified by email and/or text when an item is available for you to book for your child.
