Jeff Mason – Principal
Mr Mason is also the Designated Safeguarding Lead for Liden Academy.
Suzanne Taylor – Vice Principal
Mrs Taylor is the academy’s Vice Principal, Early Years Lead and part of the safeguarding team.
Alex Parker – Assistant Vice Principal
Mr Parker is Assistant Principal, teaches Year 6 and is the leader of Years 5 and 6. He also coordinates maths.
Dawn McCluskey – KS1 Leader
Mrs McCluskey is leader of Key Stage One, teaches in Year 2 and leads reading.
Linzi Lawrence – Special Educational Needs Coordinator
Miss Lawrence coordinates support for children with special educational needs. She is also responsible for EAL and is part of the safeguarding team.
Kelly Robison – Pastoral Lead
Mrs Robison supports children across the school with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

Donna Coe – Early Years Teacher
Mrs Coe has worked at Liden for her whole teaching career. She is a teacher in Early Years.
Tereza Possolo – Early Years Teacher
Ms Possolo is a teacher in Early Years and leads on RE across the school.

Laura Little – Year 1 Teacher
Having worked at Liden as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant Mrs Little qualified as a teacher and now teaches Year 1.
Robyn Sim – Year 2 Teacher
Miss Sim works in Year Two.
Beth Mangham – Year 3 Teacher
Miss Mangham is a teacher in Year 3.
Erin Milroy – Part-time Teacher Year 3
Miss Milroy works in Year Three sharing the class with Mrs Bond.

Ms Saghir teaches children across the school.

Louise Eastment – Teaching Assistant
Mrs Eastment works with children in Year 6. She has been at Liden Academy for over 20 years! During this time Mrs Eastment has worked with an incredibly large number of children and also works in our Breakfast Club.
Maria Stephenson – Teaching Assistant
Mrs Stephenson works with children in Year 6.
Caroline Blakesley – Teaching Assistant
Mrs Blakesley has many years of experience. She currently supports children in Year 4 and assists in Breakfast Club.

Kelly Courtney – School Business Manager
Mrs Courtney has worked in the office at Liden for several years; she was appointed as school business manager in September 2021.
Nicky Dunn – Admin and Attendance Officer
Mrs Dunn has worked at Liden Academy since 2020. She is part of the office team with particular responsibility for monitoring attendance.
Lynnette Lloyd – Admin Officer
When you visit Liden Academy it will often be Mrs Lloyd that welcomes you to the school.
Tracey Booth – Admin Officer
Mrs Booth has worked in the school office since September 2014. She takes care of administration for the Nursery, clubs and the school website, as well as general office/reception duties.
Megan Street – Finance Officer
Miss Street oversees finance at our academy.
Ian Lees – Caretaker
Mr Lees looks after the school premises.
Kitchen Team
Thurean Appleyard, Martina Donachie, Janjira Osbourn and Jintana Greaves run our kitchen, providing delicious hot meals every day.
MDSA Team
Mrs Eastment (TA), Mrs Lloyd (Admin Officer) and Nicola Harris (TA) are part of our School MDSA team, along with Mrs Avram, Mrs Cottee and Mrs Mackins.
Mrs Baker and Mrs Harper-Evans are MDSA’s for our Nursery and Pre-school.
